Have a question at 9 p.m. and do not want to forget to ask Dr. McLean? For non-urgent matters, send Dr. McLean a message anytime! Goal is for messages to be returned within one clinic day.

Do you see any specialists, like cardiology, hematology, pulmonology, dermatology, podiatry? Membership includes Dr. McLean reviewing Member’s records and care plans to help Members prepare and get the most out of their Sub-Specialist visits.

Have High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Thyroid Disease, Autoimmune, etc? Membership is includes evaluating diseases from a holistic perspective and creating care plans based on Member values.

Want to learn more about your disease? Insurance based medicine severely limits the time physicians can spend educating patients on their diagnoses. At ACTS Direct Primary Care, patient education is a top priority!

With all the direct-to-consumer advertising, it can be incredibly difficult to evaluate which products and lifestyle changes will help you achieve your healthcare goals. Discuss products and plans you are considering with a physician. You can do that at ACTS!

One of the MOST expensive $$$$ visits in primary care is the “hospital follow-up” where your physician (1) reviews your diagnoses, (2) medication changes, (3) imaging and (4) labs, and (5) discharge plan including (6) outpatient support. This visit should include (7) care coordination and (8) a plan to prevent relapse of condition. This visit is CRITICAL to a patient’s post-hospitalization success. Oh, and it is included with your Membership without the time limits instituted by insurance companies.

Sometimes a Member needs a sub-specialist for specialized care or screening. Processing those referrals is included with Membership.

Minor procedures determined medically beneficial and within Dr. McLean’s training will be accommodated as much as possible.

Need clearance for a procedure? The visit is included with membership. The goal is to coordinate for the best pre and post surgical care.

Members are encouraged to have an ANNUAL PHYSICAL during their birth month as part of their Membership.

Sports Physicals are included with Membership.

For school aged children of Adult Members, a Sports Physical (no prescriptions) is $40.

NON-Members may scheduled a Sports Physical for children and teens (no prescriptions) for $50.

Have questions about a vaccine? Want to know more about a particular vaccine from a reliable source trained in medicine, public health, and theology? Membership allows Dr. McLean to review each case and provide the pros and cons so a member can make the BEST decision for self and family.

For urgent issues, members can get a same day or next day appointment. If after hours, members can call Dr. McLean using a member only number.

For life or limb threatening situations, members are encouraged to call 911 first, and once stable, please let Dr. McLean know.
